I think anyone that can be identified or labeled as a l"ongtime adviser to Redskins owner Dan Snyder" should be fired, just out of sheer incompetence.

It is amazing how desperately he wanted to spend more time with his family all of a sudden...

I hope the family is equally anxious to have him hanging around the house 168 hours a week.

He is still going to work as a consultant for the redskins. I don't know what he did, but I'm sure that since he wasn't fired with vinny, he worked more in the making money for dan snyder part of the redskins. Not every job employed with the skins is related to building the team.
