Specific language on the scale still needs to be sorted out, as with other things like pensions, health care

Still a lot of work to be done but it's not out of the realm of possibility that a handshake deal is done tomorrow.

Probably not until early next week more likely though

Is there any specifics on what the salary cap is going to be? or any specifics on the scale?

Still have to negotiate things such as workman's compensation, extra right-of-first-refusals on this year's free agent class, settlement on the television damages and the antitrust lawsuit and issues relating to commercial sponsorships.
