Could not agree more. Draft the best available that fits the team you want to be. That's how to build quality depth.

McCoy and Cousins aren't a terrible option for next year.

Basically the front office kept the same crappy team from last year and changed one guy, the head coach. I'm really mad at myself for having stupid expectations.

I don't think we know what we want to be.

I would love to have an offense built like Cincy where Gruden already found success. Huge O line, monster receivers and TEs that can catch, run, and block and a fair QB who won't throw the game away.

It would be a good offensive build to run in December and January in a cold snowy stadium in Maryland. That's an allusion to the games at the end of the year and home field advantage in the playoffs. Felt it was necessary to spell it out on this board.

Whatever, the FO needs to pick an identity and build for it. We (not us, the FO) don't even know what we want to be. If someone put BA on the spot and asked him what type of lineman we are looking for in the draft, what would he say?

Bigger/ stronger/ longer for power run and pass pro or smaller/ quicker/ faster for zone and roll outs.

I'm guessing he doesn't know right now. The notion that our GM and president of football operations wouldn't definitively know what attributes we would prioritize in our prototypical o lineman is scary.
