I'm not sure what the griffin way is. You are the one arguing for it. I understand what adjusting is. Thanks for explaining. I can agree that adjusting to a players strengths is a good skillset for a coach to have. But rewriting an offense for 1 player is ridiculous. Again...there's a difference. If you don't get that, then I also don't know what else to say.
