I think the biggest mistake that this team made was to put a mediocre team around an unproven/developing/so-so set of QBs.

Unless we happen to get our hands on the likes of Rodgers, Manning, and Brees. We're not going to win games until all of our units can play at a respectable level. Just about all of our units, except maybe the running game, have been trash over the past two seasons.
