well, first, there can be 10 players on the PS in 2014/2015, you can take 2 players that have accrued seasons now and most other players can be on the PS for 3 years now vs 2 a few years ago - assuming the article is correct.
as for conversion, i'm looking, but it's not super easy to find. i guess I can check on the redskins, but the teams swap out PS players every week, so it's hard to track (those 10 spots may end up having 20 different people fill them over a season). also sometimes players get taken from a practice squad so another team can use them for their playbook for 1 week and ditch them afterwards... i don't know that that should actually count as making it (it doesn't happen often but i remember NE doing it to a bronco's DE or LB and maybe NYG doing it once a few years back).
