I never feel like the Skins ever go in with an adequate amount of $ and are always up against the cap going into FA and draft. When they're able to sign a 84M contract and structure it so the first year cap hit is 4M, I don't think it's that crazy to hope 15M-20M would be enough to get a decent LG, a #2 WR and sign our draft picks. That's assuming we could get Rosen, which right now I'll admit is a pretty big reach... but even if we don't, Keenum has proven to be capable of playing decently with the proper supporting cast.
