I'm with you on neither spending crazy money nor trading away a lot of picks, but we have quite some cap so I wouldn't hate the idea of having sort of a security blanket vet a la Fitzpatrick/Taylor/Mariota.
Maybe it's because the wild card game was just a couple of days ago but I really want Heinicke to have a chance to compete for the starting job. Something he won't get if we bring in a Watson/Stafford...
