Well, he did say in his introductory press conference that he's not interested in a 5-year rebuilding period. Maybe that means this is going to be an all-in type of offseason.

However, he also stated that his main goal is to build a consistent winner - and to win the SB. Maybe that means he won't go all in on one position (QB) if that puts the rest of the roster in jeopardy.
