Simple answer:

Make a big FA pickup at WR- $$$ - Galloway, Robinson or similar

We only Move up in the draft to get a top QB - my guess is a big trade to get into the top 10 in the draft to get the fourth or fifth QB. Anything higher (top 2 or 3 QB ) is too insane a price, as is the trade for Watson.
