And probably a much messier departure. I don't understand why it seems so hard to accept that both RR and Smith seemed to have moved on. Both seem to have had a good
working relationship, but RR wanted a GM who has been there done that, and Smith went somewhere that maybe he has a chance to move up. Smith's departure had NONE of the nastiness and backbiting that usually accompanied a BA or DS forced departure.
