Isaiah Wright would likely be the next on the list in case of camp injuries, but I don't see how Steven Sims, Jr. makes the team unless Carter is a total disaster. He was brought in as a return specialist and competition if nor outright replacement of Sims.

I believe Humphries can return kicks, as well. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Samuel and Gibson can, too. Yeah, I'd say S. Sims is pretty much gone.
