Yeah sometimes it might be a case of over "analytics statifying" a situation IMO. Like I understand a chart can tell you the win probability if you do this or that
every time in this particular situation but, you're not in this exact same situation that often, so playing the statistical probability doesn't make that much sense to me, what you have to do is
win it this one time, now. And for that the context of the game is every thing, and it doesn't appear on your stats chart.
But again, in this instance I didn't think it was an absurd choice. Just not the choice I'd have made. I felt like Bills had a better chance of winning if the game went on, rather than putting it all on one play, where anything can happen.
