Stable? Hell to the no! Consistent? Yes, but consistent in pathetic, immoral, incompetent (and illegal?) ownership and management to name a few. How could anyone ever want this to continue?! I’d gladly welcome some newbie owner in hope that they would do a better job knowing there’d be growing pains.
