I would suspect all but 4-6 NFL teams would consider Cousin's to replace their current starter, including us. But he isn't a carry the team on his back kind of QB. To win a SB he'd need a complete team around him, something he's never really had.

Personally, I'd put Cousins in the same group as the likes of Herbert, Stafford etc.

I think it's funny when people say something like: "To win a SB he'd need a complete team around him...". My guess is that there aren't a lot of quarterbacks who have won a Super Bowl by themselves.
