It's not splitting hairs. He did NOT plead no contest to aggravated assault, the very serious charge that might have landed him in jail for 46 years. The country
dropped those serious charges in exchange for a no contest to a piddly misdemeanor. That's the point. Tells me there was nothing to the felony charge.
Dade county coulda/shoulda cited him for battery from the git, then done something about the grand theft of his ATVs.
