good points, but you could easily say we overspent in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 as well...

As a side note, does everyone remember when Spurrier and Synder go all the Jets (coles, thomas, morton, hall), Washington, and the others, then said we are spending a lot this year for our team of the future. And how it was a long term plan and stuff...

Then this year...Gibbs said he will prove that what he paid for our signings this year is cheap after you see their results and what players of their caliber will be asking for in a few years.

So we pay a lot not so they are a good deal later. Its still early on these new guys, I have faith...but God do I hope they start to prove themselves more...

We might suck right now...but we do have building blocks for next year. Itd be nice to have the same system two years in a row for the first time in 15 years too..
