No, I hear what you're saying. And yes, the pattern has been get the lead, try to burn the clock, and let the defense win it. But like Gibbs has been saying, we're a smashmouth football team. On a day when your top running back goes over a buck-fifty, you're supposed to win those.
But you can't when the D allows amost 250. That's not the offense's problem.
