I know the whole 20/20 thing and hindsight...

But it is painfully obvious that the FO made SERIOUSLY BAAAAD judgement of character with the players they picked up this year. Not that they are bad guys, but I think that the Skins thougt these guys would respond to a team that showed them the appreciation and the $$ they didn't get from their previous teams. AND BOY WERE THEY WRONG.

ARE got BIG TIME money and he was not a Big Time Player. Same with Lloyd and Arch and Carter.
