Of the three areas, I would agree that teams have been the best on a consistent basis. They have, however, been far from spectacular (two blocks, several missed fg's that, eventually, cost the game, more than one or two long kick-off returns). Don't get me wrong, I think that they have been generally good. It's just that, compared to a defense that can't stop the big-play and an offense that doesn't have an identity, teams has looked solid.
If the other two parts of the teams were performing up to snuff, perhaps we would be complaining about the blocks and misses and wondering why the can't perform these basic tasks.
As it is, I think teams have been pretty solid and certainly seem (from a personal impression, purely opinion stand point) to be doing better than last year.
