I do think you are correct as far as how he used, it is up to the coaches to put him up on the line with the reciever, he should be a great bump and run type CB but for what ever reason Williams doesn't use him that way unfortunatly. I do think he has plenty of recovery speed but the problem is when he sits back his instinkts, or his ability to react leaves him to far behind, he should be in the face of every WR that comes to his side, he is very strong for a CB that should be utilized. As far as his hands are concerned he might have the worst hands I ever saw on a DB?

Put him up on the line and I think we would see an entirely different CB, a #1type CB.
