It's Tiki's job to be critical; it's not his job to essentially say someone isn't a "leader of men." That's humiliating, and even if true, Tiki could've said what he said 100 different ways.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but wasn't the "comical" leadership held in a locker room, among teammates, private, off limits to the general public? If so, Tiki broke the code.
