As a Redskin fan, i love it we have a owner that would buy everything and we would win at least 10 superbowls, as a NFL fan, no the salary cap must stay to ensure equality among all teams big & small market (but allow me to dream for a minute owner who loves to spend money on players, at least 10 SB)
