John Clayton, of ESPN.com, reports the Minnesota Vikings have agreed to terms with unrestricted free-agent FS Madieu Williams (Bengals) on a six-year deal worth $33 million.

Updating a previous report, the St. Petersburg Times reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed free-agent C Jeff Faine (Saints). Faine is expected to sign a six-year, $37.5 million deal, with $15 million in guaranteed money. Faine could earn up to $20 million in the first three years of his contract.
