Geoff Hobson, of Bengals.com, reports the Indianapolis Colts did not match the contract offer to restricted free-agent TE Ben Utecht (Colts), allowing him to join the Cincinnati Bengals.

Updating previous items, John Clayton, of ESPN.com, reports the Seattle Seahawks signed LB Lofa Tatupu to a six-year contract extension worth $42 million with more than $18 million in guarantees.
