I understand that it shouldn't matter, but that does not mean that it doesn't. If somebody had just gotten the best of you a month or 2 ago do you think that you would let him do it again anytime soon? I agree to disagree with you there so no need to continue with that argument.
On the flip side, lets say that the agent was there. Exactly what would he have leveraged for? Campbell is still under contract. I believe that someone said that he is only going to be a RFA next year. That means that no matter what somebody else wants to offer him the Skins can match if they desire to. Lets take it a season beyond next. There is always the Franchise tag. The bottom line is that even if the agent (Seagal) had been in the meeting, he has absolutely zero leverage to make demands.
