Fire Vinny, and bring in a respected, up and coming football executive to build this team the right way. I've been a huge admirer of the Philly way. They always seem to have 10 draft picks every year, and they build quality depth on both lines. The one year that Snyder had 10 draft picks, he selects 3 receivers in the 2nd round, and only ONE offensive lineman (Rinehart) out of 10 picks.
