I hope its because he is intending to come to us but not confirmed cause he has not signed his contract. I think it was just today that it sounded like the team announced that Kyle would be our OC. One could ask what took so long there but I think we all know he was at home with his wife and new borne baby. So I presume maybe he finally showed up and signed his contract possibly today.
