I'd bet there are less than 5 posters on here that can name 5 or more O-Line coaches. I'd bet that most people here can't name 5 OCs.
Face it, if it wasn't the O-Line coach from the Colts, plenty of people would have something to say negatively; hell even if it was people would wonder why the guy left.
