He's had the opportunity in his twenty-eight yr. coaching history to work with some very good coaches. The OL is going to be the most closely watched group as far as additions and development, needless to say he obviously has a plan knowing the state of the product we were forced to field last season. I'm anxious to see what he, along with the other additions to the coaching staff will do to improve the team we'll field in 2010.
