You don't have to draft them high in the draft but you do have to put a premium on them. You do have to demonstrate that they are important, that they can play and be effective, unlike the product we put on the field this past season. No QB is going to be effective on his back 50 times a season, so whatever the Colts have done since they drafted manning as far as their line is concerned, well he's still here.
