I know alot of people say Raymer needs to be changed and that will most likely happen with a strong center draft. But what other positions would you be drafting for?

Absolulty, positively, CENTER! I have been saying it from about mid season on, I also said it in another recent thread that the center position is our single biggest need in this draft [or free agency] but that won't be addressed in the first round, our first pick will be one of the big 3 reciever's, I believe Gibb's feel's our reciever's were part of the problem this year for our inability to not throw downfield, I also believe he will be looking for big time speed to do so, that coupled with the fact that William's and Edward's will probably be off the board before we draft lead's me to believe the player will be T. Williamson, I feel that will be the pick regardless of what happen's with Cole's, I also wouldn't be surprised to see us grab another burner at WR if the opportunity present's itself later in the draft.

As for Harris he didn't play 100% last year coming off a knee injury he will be 100% this year I defiently believe he's a starter and a good one at that, couple that with the coaches belief that Wild's is ready to step in as a starter and I would say we are set at CB with or without Smoot.

I wouldn't be worried about a defensive end this draft we did a decent job pressuring the QB this past season and if you are correct about Lavar I don't see a need for a D-end in this draft, adding Lavar will give us one of the most dynamic pass rusher's in the game no sense on using a pick there when we have so many other need's especially on offense.

here's my draft plan

1 WR- Williamson

3 WR- roddy White

4 guard- Chris Kemoeatu, or CJ Brooking's

6 defense and special's

7 O-tackle

Now I believe we will pick up a couple of more pick's between Cole's and Gardner which will translate into C-Chris Spencer, or Ben Wilkerson. I also feel everyone but White will be in our reach where we sit now we would probably have to deal up to get White, at this point I am not sold on Thrash as a #3 I think that's Jacob's spot which will open up a #2 for White eventually that is how I believe it will break down at WR it may not be White but someone will have to seize that spot, I like Jacob's but not sure yet if he'a a true #2, bottom line we need more pick's to make this draft happen, with offensive line and WR's a must that's where our focus has to be we can add some depth on defense in the later round's.

If the Moss deal comes down straight up then scratch off White and pencil in a center with our 3rd rd pick we may use what we recieve for Gardner to move up and assure we get Spencer.

I also wouldn't mind us going after an undersized LB late with great speed and see what William's can do about converting him into a saftey, that would give us 2 player's who really intimidate from the saftey position ALA like what was done with Boulware last year but that would be a late pick at best.
