We only have 5 picks as of now and 3 receivers and a TE with 3 years or less, I just can't see using one for a WR, no matter what we do with the rest. If we want to bring in someone like Bryant, that's fine, but our picks ought to focus on other areas.

I really think that landry's problems are coaching related, and that he has all the physical tools he needs to be a great free safety. Perhaps he would be better at strong safety, but I think that a lot of people are just saying that now because everybody else is, and we've got two solid strong safeties already. Landry's problems, as far as I can tell, are missing assignments and discipline. Those sound like coachable problems to me. I'm willing to give landry another chance rather than bringing in some unproven rookie, because I think with a better DC (i really never liked greg blache, even if I'm not crazy about haslett) and secondary coach, landry can prove he belongs and was worth his 6th overall selection.
And for the record, I like kareem moore. Maybe only as a backup, but I think he's got some skill and is definitely worth hanging on to.

If we got decent value for Landry I would be fine for trading him. I doubt we will, so he is our project this year, and I hope that a more aggressive D will benefit him.
