I got no problem with Shanny taking a hard-line stance. He's the coach and that's his perogative. If, however, he starts making decisions for the sole purpose of "You disagreed with me, therefore you're sh**", that could be problematic.
Yeah, it's no secret that his last 3 years coaching were nothing to write home about. In fact, they were already at home since they didn't make it to the playoffs. I too hold promise that he figured that he can't be the only guy running the show. He should definitely be able to get our club turned around, just hoping that once we hit that hill that we can roll right over it.
