You know SS, I've noticed how some here are beginning to question your authority on posting threads.
If you ever saw the movie
Master & Commander: The Far Side of the World, there's a scene where Russell Crowe catches one of the crew members dissing one of his lieutenants. Crowe has to pull the lieutenant aside and remind him that if he allows things like that to continue, the crew won't respect him, and eventually they'll walk all over him.
That crew member received 5 or 6 lashes with a whip.
