If you have "cheap" seats during a game and you want to see the locker, you would have to upgrade "
charged extra" to club seats in order to do that.
I'm not at all denying what the Skins have done for the Taylor's. I'm just saying that the majority of the fans wont have full access to the locker without paying to see it.
