As long as his signing doesn't knock Marko out of the line up. I know they just picked up the receiver / punt returner / quarterback guy from UVA....not a great receiver but a serviceable return man. If its the receivers from last year plus Owens that would be the max they would carry. Owens basically replacing Randell Ell.
