This is a a reason for a rookie salery cap right here.....

Jason Pierre-Paul (NYG)...#15 pick, 2 yearts Jr College and 7 games at South Florida....20 millon over 5 years , 11 million guarantied .I love the Giants ...but this is stupid especialy when we had other needs....like MLber.
