I came up with that just from the standpoint that I have not heard much about Parker other than he is not getting many reps and hasn't impressed much.

I could see shanny keeping the younger guy who comes cheaper and has a bigger upside over an often injured 30 year old guy who may have lost some of his speed ( which was really his calling card and what made him a good player )
