Well, yeah. I think he's more like old timey Michael Vick in more ways than people want to believe at this point. But I also think there's been legitimate (if not wholesale) improvement in the "when to runs" and "functional effectiveness while running" areas.

Vick's playing the best ball of his career, but his passing isn't really any more or less valuable than Kolb in the same offense. Obviously, when you have two quarterbacks throwing the ball at the same level, and one of them is duel-threat Michael Vick, then Vick needs to be the one who is playing. Which the Eagles know, apparently.
