That's why we were all scratching our heads when we saw people like Santonio Holmes, T.O, Boldin, Houshmandzadeh, Marshawn Lynch, Tomlinson etc, out on the market with no real interest by the Redskins. It appeared as if the coaching staff believed they could win with what they had. Tragically, they fooled the fanbase into thinking we actually had an competitive offense also.
We need to invest money in our offense. We haven't really done that over the years, most of our investments have been in the defense. Signing McNabb is worthless without putting the right pieces around him.
