We're an outside zone/outside edge running team (and the Vikings run weakness is on the edge w/ their Jared Allen and a back-up! LDE) yet we ran inside w/ our least experienced RB: James Davis when Keiland Williams was perfectly healthy.
But it either way 6 carries for James Davis and 3 carries for Keiland Williams is not enough to establish a running game.

I saw nothing to make me think that more carries would have made a difference.
Keiland Williams is not a starting runningback in the NFL (he didn't even start in college). We do not have the personel on the line or in the backfield to have a legitimate running attack. We certainly don't have the players to run on Minnesota.
