People should show more respect in public places but it seems that's not the case. I think some issues spark when upper level people try to snag lower level seats and the people come back (or show up) and the fun begins.

Well the good news is that this type of behavior is prompting a backlash against the heavy drinking crowd. We've seen it alone in the responses in this thread. The Rick Riely article is just icing on the cake. Hopefully the next step is much stricter alcohol policies and tailgating regulations that prevent idiots like DTC from chugging bottles of Crown Royal before kickoff.
