His side is a outright lie and yet more smoke being blown up fans asses in hopes they side with him. I'll explain:

But you can't call people names, criminals. You can't make fun of someone's wife and her effort for breast cancer awareness as national spokesperson for the National Football League as a breast cancer survivor. It's just wrong.

McKenna never has nor did he ever.

His wife, Tanya Snyder, is out selling the transformation, too. Last week she went on local TV to tell an interviewer that he is now surrounded by “better people,” and that he’s “grown and he’s evolved.”
Well, maybe his wife can find evidence of Snyder’s growth and evolution. I can’t.

I missed the part in the quote he was making fun of her at all, never the less anything cancer related. That interview in question was the one I posted earlier.
D.C. Sports Bog - Tanya Snyder: Redskins owner "has better people around him now"
Out of the 11:54 of interview, only 3:40 of it was about the Play 60 event. From 3:40 to 6:50 portion of the interview is about NFL and women. The rest of the interview is about DAN SNYDER of all things. Yeah, the biggest portion of the interview is about Dan and their life. Nothing cancer related.
ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with her breast cancer or any awareness. This is why I can't stand that asshole. He's lying his ass off trying to make the fans take his side. At least McKenna had facts to go along with his piece, Snyder is flat out lying to the public. He's trying to use his/wife's cancer and their jewish heritage as a means to gain sympathy and support.
It very much reminds me of this scene from family guy.
