I know he was graded a 41 by Scouts Inc.
90 - 1st Round
80 - 2nd Round
70 - 3rd round
60 - 4th
50 - 5th
40 - 6th
30 - 7th
So assuming their grade is right it's not to unusual for a 6th rounder to drop to the 7th as many guys with 7th round grades go earlier.
