It was Reed Doughty's fault.
On a serious note, I think it is a little bit of both. It puzzles me b/c TW had a good couple of series against Suggs in the preseason (I know, it is preseason). But as someone pointed out earlier, he seems to have problems against small/speedy pass rushers.
