Damn you NLC. You're like the devil on my shoulder in Looney Toons. The videos will be changed to unlisted. You guys can thank NLC and his baseball bat extortion techniques for this change of heart.
As for the NFL actually finding them and putting in a request. It depends. YouTube has software that scans for certain images and audio to identify potential copyright violations. From that I can't hide. However if it's the same guys at NFL legal that look online for streams of games on Sundays then I can protect the videos by setting them as private. However that is all moot for now. As you said, worse realistic outcome is my YouTube channel gets shut down or I get asked to delete the videos myself before they hit me with the ban hammer.
