Very interesting interview:

“Everybody wants a franchise Quarterback… unfortunately there’s only about 10 of them on the planet. So people make a lot of mistakes trying to trade their draft away or pay a lot of money to people who really aren’t that. You have to really evaluate, you have to make sure you get the best guy possible. Everybody wants one of those 10 guys, but you don’t just go get one of those guys when they’re not available.”

From the interview...

Kyle went on to say, “When we do go pay a guy or go draft a guy, you can’t get so enamored with, hey we need a quarterback lets go get it. We need a lot of positions. Gotta add some ballers.” Again, sounds like he’s down playing any thoughts about trading up for a QB.

To me it doesn't sound like he's inclined to trade up and throw away draft picks to get RGIII. It also doesn't sound like he's too interested in Flynn either.

Since this thread was started about P.Manning....

Here’s the part I found really interesting, when asked about Peyton Manning, “Just make sure he’s healthy. Everyone knows he’s one, if not the best Quarterback ever in football. Just hope his neck is alright, and he’ll be Peyton Manning. Hopefully, he’s healthy. If the doctor says he’s healthy, and he’s healthy, then that’s enough for me.”

If the doctor says he’s healthy, and he says he’s healthy, then that’s enough for me… Interesting thing about that is, Kyle was asked a general question about Peyton Manning. He gushed all over the idea of Peyton Manning being on the open market, and cleared medically.
