Here is what a QB who actually played for MS thinks about Peyton to the Skins and particulary Peyton working with MS.

Steve Young thinks Peyton Manning to the Redskins is a fit - DC Sports Bog - The Washington Post

Take it from a player who has played for the guy, rather than an analyst.

I think his take on Mike basically wanting a QB who can protect his judgement is spot on and epitimizes what Peyton can do for him.
