If by "quality starter", you mean a legitimate starting CB that would start at corner for most (not necessarilly all) teams - Okay. Neither one strikes me as much more than that. If by quality starter, you mean a guy who would start for every team and could be the No. 1 corner on several/some/most teams - nope.

I think our corners are okay, but wish we could upgrade.
